The documentary “Holine in Iran” explores the history of the Qavam al-Saltaneh Mansion and its transformation into the Glassware and Ceramic Museum of Iran, following its redesign by renowned Austrian architect Hans Hollein. As the film moves through the museum’s various halls, it examines the distinctive interior design of each space while tracing the origins and development of glassmaking from ancient times through the Achaemenid period and later the Ilkhanid and Safavid eras.
