This documentary looks at the reverse migration from Tehran and the ordered migration of organizations and departments to other cities. The documentary discusses the transfer of employees and organizations, especially the Cultural Heritage Organization, from the metropolis of Tehran to the cities during the presidency of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and also depicts the social, economic, and cultural issues and problems.
