Inan's film tells the story of Emad, a 30-year-old young man whose brother needs an organ donation. Emad goes to Mashhad to find a transplanted organ, but this long and unexpected journey leads to experiences and acquaintances with people who challenge his previous beliefs and an earthly love leads him to a new understanding of life.
