The documentary Tehran taxi deals with transit taxis that are randomly transporting passengers throughout the city and have become part of people's private lives. The anonymity of passengers for each other leads to a cautious exchange and interaction not seen in other public spaces. In the documentary, the passengers in the taxi are suddenly confronted by the camera, and those who agree to be part of the documentary, help us to reveal some of the predicted landscapes of their city. In these city journeys, familiar lies and tangible issues are expressed in the heart of the city's contradictions and wonders, amidst daily worries in a moving box of private comments and criticisms.
