This documentary examines the situation of women and their problems in Iranian prisons, which was made in the 1950s by order of the then Ministry of Culture and Arts and the "Iranian Women's Organization".
This documentary was made to introduce and invite people to help imprisoned women by participating in the activities of this organization. The women's penitentiary houses 222 female prisoners, most of whom are imprisoned for drug trafficking, murder, or robbery.
