Bushra is the four-year-old daughter of the family. Beshri's mother is a screenwriter and is pregnant. The film narrates the story of life, the last months of pregnancy, mother's challenges to go to work, and most importantly, Bushra's worries and imaginations about her new sister, in Bushra's language.
